Spring in Bayfield
It’s all about Community at The Bayfield Mews. We are a 55+ Community providing independent living for our residents. Please visit our web-site or Facebook page and you will see our Live Streaming tour of the Mews including the inside of one of our resident’s home. It was great fun to participate in this new vehicle to send out our message of community living at the Mews in beautiful Bayfield and we are planning to do more Live Streaming of our community during the summer to show the homes and grounds all in bloom so stay tuned!
Summer has arrived at the Bayfield Mews. The infrastructure for the Final Phase is almost complete. We have 11 lots left for sale out of 55. Our Sales Office will be open every weekend from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. on Saturday and Sunday as well as holidays. A group of our home owners have graciously offered their homes for viewing during the weekend which offers the visitor a unique opportunity to see a home fully decorated. If you are unable to visit during these hours, our after-hours contact number is (519) 565-4542 or owners in units 15, 18 or 37 will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We also have two resale homes. The first is a Columbine and is 1,355 square feet in size. The second is a Meadow and is 1,295 square feet in size. The units can be viewed every weekend during our open houses or by appointment during off-hours at (519) 565-4542.
The following are examples of events that will be taking place during the month of June in Bayfield:
- Attention treasure seekers! The fourth Annual Town Wide Yard Sale and Village sidewalk sale is this Saturday, June 2, 2018. The Bayfield Chamber of Commerce are promoting the big day.
- The Bayfield Library will celebrate its fifth Anniversary on Saturday, June 23, 2018. To mark the occasion, cake will be served from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. plus visitors will have the opportunity to have their picture taken with “Bob the Book” and receive a keepsake photo. A “We Love Books” memory quilt is also being made and people will have a chance to add their signature to it.
Community living at its best!
