Real Life at the Mews

Issue 101, July 2019

Summer in Bayfield

It’s all about Community at The Bayfield Mews. We are a 55+ Community providing independent living for our residents. Building on the four homes in block #12 is almost complete and owners are expecting to move in early July. Building on Block #13 commenced in early May and good progress is being made. Planning for the building of Block #14 is well underway. There are only TWO lots left in Block #15 in our Final Phase!!

Our Open House is open from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. every Saturday and Sunday as well as holidays. A group of our home owners have graciously offered their homes for viewing during the weekend which offers the visitor a unique opportunity to see a home fully decorated. If you are unable to visit during these hours, our after-hours contact number is (519) 565-4542 or owners in units 15, 18 or 37 will be happy to answer any questions you might including the inside of one of our resident’s home.
